Autumn Kai

Our long awaited second child.

She entered into our hearts around 2 and half years ago, but entered our arms officially (yes, officially) today at around 3pm Utah time.

Tonight she is spending time with the most amazing birthmother ever before they both get discharged sometime tomorrow afternoon. Then, she will go home with us.

We will have a few more days in Utah, enjoying the incredible landscape and probably a mall or two, as well as a dinner with the birthmother before we say goodbye. I have gotten to know her incredibly well, and I am a better person now because of her. She has a heart of gold.

We love you all. We thank you for your support and encouragement. Because of all of you I could do this, and see it through.

Now finally we can see (a) beautiful face of adoption.

(Well, soon, once I get some good shots:)

Namaste.
